Youth Ministry
Serving the parishes of St. Denis, Holy Family, and Immaculate Conception

Our ministry welcomes students seeking a deeper faith, offering opportunities to grow in friendship, encounter, and service with fellow spirited peers through the Holy Spirit. Rooted in Catholic teaching, the program helps youth build a strong spiritual foundation and discover their God-given purpose through faith discussions, worship nights, prayer, service, and social events—all designed to nurture wisdom, spiritual growth, and a life of purpose.

If you are looking to learn how to actively apply your faith foundation to your life this is for you! —join us and grow in faith, friendship, and purpose! 

High School: Wednesday 6:45 - 7:25 pm Middle School: Wednesday 6:15 - 7:25 pm HS Youth Room: The Undercroft MS Youth Room: (lower level of old Middle School)

Meet each Wednesday, 
September 2025-April 2026, 
6:45 - 7:25 PM. 

Usual Locations: Located in the church basement - we will move to the meeting/senior room once the basement remodel is completed (likely not till next year).

Routine Activities: 


“In Christ – I Am” is a Catholic youth ministry program designed to help young people discover their true identity through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Grounded in the Church’s vision for youth ministry, it focuses on forming disciples, fostering spiritual growth, and encouraging active participation in parish life. Through Scripture, prayer, and community engagement, the program equips youth to live out their faith with purpose and confidence in today’s world.

Meet Periodically 
September 2025-April 2026, 
6:45 - 7:25 PM. 

YM Students who would like to grow more in ministry by assisting in leadership roles and activities in their faith within their parish programs. 

Meeting Times: Happen periodically throughout the CCD year - set time scheduled by YM Leader.

Routine Activities: 

Events we assist in leading: 
  • Confirmation Retreat
  • Worship Nights 
  • Small Groups within our sessions 
  • Xmas and Spring Party 
  • Activities and Leadership roles in Saint Night & May Crowning 
  • Other various opportunities that arise throughout the year.

Usual Social Events: 
  • Welcome Back Party: 
    Routine Activities:
    Indoor/ outdoor games, snacks, music, prayer & fellowship!

  • Standard Session: activities (pumpkin carving, xmas prayer cards, giving tree setup, campfires) games,  topic and discussion, snacks, prayer activations, adoration & worship.

  • All Saints Day Fest: 
    Routine Activities:
    prayer/rosary walk, food and social!

  • Pancake Breakfast |  2-3 times a year (Fall, Winter, Spring) 
    Routine Activities: Assist in preparing and serving breakfast after mass.

  • Christmas Party: 
    Routine Activities: 
    Games, Student Leader Advent talks, food & gift exchange.  

  • Spring Shindig Party:
     Father’s backyard, Russia Community Park, or Russia School.
    Routine Activities: Indoor & outdoor sports, campfire, snacks, music, prayer & more!

Benediction at 6:00 pm

Routine Activities: Games, discussion, small groups, activities, and meditational prayer.

How to get involved: Join us on Wed nights for a night of fun, friendship, and foundational activities rooted in Christ. Contact our YM or CCD office to obtain a form for involvement in our yearly sessions!
